Our Team

Matt Started his career within the construction sector before establishing Westcott Sand & Aggregates in 2016 with one transit tipper van and a small compound offering small loads of aggregates to local builders. Westcott Sand & Aggregates has since grown into a southwest leading supplier of bulk bagged aggregates to the builders merchanting industry.

Tim Founded Westcott Sand & Aggregates alongside Matt after working as a time served transport manager for a local haulage company. Tim is responsible for the day to day operations including goods in/ goods out aswell as running the companies transport and maintenance schedule. Tim and his team are boots on the ground when it comes down to material processing at our plant in Uffculme and order fulfilment.

Galane Joined Westcott Sand & Aggregates in 2018 as a sales account manager and is responsible for the sales team and everything customer care related from point of order to dispatch. Galane’s unparallel attention to detail and client relationship has seen her awarded commercial director.

Debbie Joined the groups sister company in 2018 as HR manager and has since progressed through many roles within the company ending up in the finance office assisting Dee with all accounting related tasks throughout the group. Debbie’s  hard work, sharp attention to detail in both HR and finance matters and strong problem solving skills has secured her role within the senior management team.

Dee has been involved with the business since 2016 acting as the groups external accountant and has since joined the team as financial controller due to the positive growth of the company. Dee Manages all of the groups financial affairs from accounting tasks to money management.
